Cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of everything you have paid, including the £1,000 installation fee.
Cancel and receive a full refund of your license fees. The installation fee is retained, because that service has already been performed with your agreement.
Cancel the remainder of your term at any time. We refund the value of the remaining complete unused months of your license, recalculated without any portion of the term discount that the shortened term would not have earned.
Example: on a 12-month term (10% discount) cancelled with 6 complete months unused, the refund is six months at the 6-month rate (6% discount), less what has already been consumed at that rate.
If the software does not materially perform as described on this website and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
We never auto-renew or charge your payment method on a recurring basis without your instruction, so there are no surprise charges to refund. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
